If a country PM2.5 AEI figure, mortality estimate, station label, or modeled station mean on PlainAirQuality looks wrong, report it with enough detail to reproduce the page and compare it with the cited EEA release. The same process is documented in our editorial and corrections policy.

How to report

  1. Report. Email corrections@plainairquality.com or use the contact page with the page URL, the figure that looks off, and what you think it should be.
  2. Source. Include a link to the EEA table, national-agency schedule, or other primary source you think we should match.
  3. Scope. Say whether the issue is a transcribed AEI value, a Burden of Disease mortality row, a modeled station estimate, or a still-unverified editorial composite (PM10/NO2/O3/SO2 country means).

What happens next

We verify reports against the published source and correct confirmed issues in the canonical database or pipeline so affected pages update together. Material fixes are noted on the public data changelog. PlainAirQuality is an informational air-quality reference, not medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
